Try before buying

Download the free full watermarked PDF first. It contains every page you selected, with the same layout and photographs. Check it in your PDF reader, make a small test print at 100%, and save a project backup.

When paid downloads open

The planned price is £12.99 as a single payment for one personal book. The intended merchant of record is Lemon Squeezy, which would process payment and applicable taxes. The checkout will provide its actual price, terms and receipt before you pay.

For a digital download supplied immediately after purchase, we intend to ask for express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the usual 14-day digital-content cancellation right is lost once download begins, where UK law permits. We will not claim that all consumer rights disappear: your statutory rights still apply where the file is faulty or not as described.

If the PDF doesn’t work

Contact support within 14 days of purchase and we will first try to fix the file. If the purchased PDF has a technical fault we cannot resolve, or the product materially fails to match its description, our intended policy is a refund via the original payment provider. A change of mind after downloading, a third-party printing result, a local-storage loss without backup, or errors in your own writing do not automatically qualify for this voluntary refund; statutory rights may still apply.

Before payments open, a working support email and Lemon Squeezy refund process must be added here. Keep your receipt so we can locate an order.

Help without creating an account

You can test backup and restore before buying. Support can help with project files, browser export and print preparation. They cannot recover a book that existed only in deleted browser storage, restore photograph originals, or provide medical or parenting advice.
