1. What this is
Little Chapters is an early, prelaunch browser tool from CellAndPound for making a personalised digital baby memory-book PDF. You can currently use the editor and download the complete watermarked proof free of charge. Clean downloads and payments are not yet open; displaying £12.99 describes the intended future one-time price, not a current offer you can buy.
2. Your words and photographs
You keep your rights in the text and photographs you provide. We receive no licence to upload, publish, sell or train an AI model on them. You are responsible for having permission to use material belonging to other people and for sharing the resulting files considerately.
The original layouts, prompts, software and branding belong to us or are used under their stated open licences. Your exported personal book may be printed and shared for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell the tool, the empty templates or a competing service built from them.
3. Local saving and backups
Browser storage is a convenience, not a promise of permanent storage. You are responsible for downloading and safeguarding project backups and exported PDFs, and for testing a restored backup. We cannot recover a locally saved book that was never exported. Backups contain personal details and photographs: treat them accordingly.
4. Printing and suitable use
The PDF is designed for A4 or US Letter at 100%. Printer capabilities, paper, screen colours, binding allowances and photo quality affect the result. Make a small test print at 100% and ask your chosen printer about bleed, colour and binding margins before a full print order. The standard pages do not include commercial bleed or crop marks, and no physical printing or delivery is included.
This is a memory and stationery tool, not a medical, health, developmental, safety, legal or safeguarding service. Milestone wording is a prompt for your memories, not advice about when a child should reach a milestone. For any health concern, contact an appropriate qualified UK health professional. 5. Acceptable use
Use the tool only for material you have a right to use and for lawful, respectful personal books. Don’t try to disrupt the service, use it to create abusive unlawful content, or bypass a future licence check. A browser-only payment check can only be a lightweight unlocking mechanism, not a guarantee against technical circumvention.
6. Availability and responsibility
The prelaunch tool and free proof are provided as-is. We may improve or withdraw features while learning what works. We do not guarantee uninterrupted browser storage, error-free custom content or compatibility with every device and printer. Check every page, spelling, date, photograph and crop before printing.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or a consumer’s statutory rights. We are not responsible for indirect loss, for loss of a project for which you retained no backup, or for third-party printing services. Any future paid terms will be shown before payment.
7. Contact and governing terms
A support email will be added before payments open. UK consumer-law rights remain unaffected. The specific governing-law clause for future paid sales is left for the final launch review, not implied here.
